We never promise identical outcomes. These excerpts describe felt shifts in attention, not cures. Each contributor reviewed their wording before publication.
“Bay C’s quiet desk made it easier to admit I dislike phone reminders. We rewired the cue to a physical bell I control.”
“The facilitators mirrored my language back accurately. That sounds small, but it kept me from spiraling into self-critique.”
“Maps on the site matched the porch steps in real life. I appreciated not needing a separate app just to find the studio.”
“We retired a habit on purpose. The team celebrated that as design success, which made me trust the next experiment.”
“Cookie settings felt transparent. I rejected marketing cookies and nothing on the contact form punished me for it.”
Why are names withheld?
We default to initials or roles so everyday routines are not searchable online. If you ever want a quote removed, email us and we will take it down within ten New Zealand business days unless a legal hold applies.
Are these typical results?
No. Experiences vary. Testimonials illustrate themes only; they are not evidence that you will experience the same shift.
Want to add your voice later?
We collect reflections only after programs conclude and never attach full names online. If you are open to a future excerpt, tell us in your closing survey.
