Consumer information (New Zealand)
This page summarises how key New Zealand statutes relate to our habit coaching programmes. It is general information only—not legal advice. For tailored guidance speak with a lawyer or community law centre.
Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA)
Services must be supplied with reasonable care and skill, be fit for purpose, and match their description. If a guarantee is not met, remedies may include a refund, repeat performance, or damages in some cases. Nothing on our website contracts out of guarantees you cannot contract out of under the CGA for domestic consumers.
Fair Trading Act 1986 (FTA)
We must not mislead about price, features, sponsorship, or availability. Programme pages are descriptive invitations to enquire; written proposals and invoices set out what you are buying.
Pricing and GST
Quotes are issued in NZD. Where we are GST-registered, tax invoices will show GST as required by Inland Revenue.
