These Terms govern access to vibrantpower.world and related services operated by Vibrantpower from 174 Kendal Avenue, Burnside, Christchurch 8053, New Zealand.
1. Agreement
By browsing the site or purchasing services you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you disagree, discontinue use.
2. Not professional advice
Content describes habit-building practices for general wellbeing. It is not medical, psychological, or legal advice. Seek licensed professionals where appropriate.
3. Accounts and communications
When you email or submit forms, you warrant that information is accurate and that you have authority to share it. You must not upload malware, harass staff, or attempt to bypass security controls.
4. Bookings and payment
Specific fees, cancellation windows, and payment processors appear in your written proposal or invoice. Until a proposal is signed, no binding obligation exists.
5. Intellectual property

10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes receive a new effective date on this page.
